A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land in the Nelson Land District, situated in Block III, Onetaua Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 3 4 Mudflat, coloured sepia on plan.
3 1 15 Part Section 25, Square 16, coloured orange on plan.
0 2 37 Part Section 26, Square 16, coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160129 (S.O. 10095) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1959.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 27 perches, situated in Block XVI, Kaniere Survey District, Westland R.D., and being part Reserve 1177; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 2 roods 31 perches, situated in Block XVI, Kaniere Survey District, Westland R.D., adjoining part Reserve 1177; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160096 (S.O. 4847) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 5·7 perches, situated in Block V, Orari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining or passing through Rural Sections 37454 and 27484, and Reserve 1478; coloured green on plan.

THIRD SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken

ALL that piece of land containing 21·4 perches, situated in Block V, Orari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 27484; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160121 (S.O. 9492) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Amending a Proclamation Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed in Blocks IV, V, and VII, Ngongotaha Survey District, Rotorua County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of July 1959 and published in Gazette, 30 July 1959, No. 45, page 1032, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Blocks IV, V, and VII, Ngongotaha Survey District, Rotorua County, by deleting the area of road lastly described in the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation and substituting in lieu thereof the area of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 3 acres, situated in Block VII, Ngongotaha Survey District, adjoining or passing through Section 1, Block VII, Ngongotaha Survey District, and Section 1, Block V, Ngongotaha Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159543 (S.O. 39396) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1959.

1 0 2·4 Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block XIII, and Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block XIV, Mamaku Village.
