A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of October 1959.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Otanake Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 3 35·3 Part land on D.P. 7570, being part Pukenui 2N 2B No. 2B Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 10·5 Part Pukenui 2N No. 1 Block; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 5·5 Part Pukenui 2N No. 1 Block; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 37·2 Part Pukenui 2G 3A 1 Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 14·9 Part Pukenui 2G 3A 2 Block; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 26·1 Part Pukenui 2G 3 Block; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160051 (S.O. 39358) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of October 1959.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1·17 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 47, D.P. 1301, being part Section 1, Evans Bay District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160161 (S.O. 24234) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Borough of Kawerau, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
