A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes,
subject as to the land first described to the building-line
condition imposed by K. 43250, Wellington Land Registry;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 14th day of September 1959.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,

and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Petone as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 14th day of September 1959.
