Land Taken, Subject to and Together With Certain Rights, for Maori Housing Purposes in Block I, Hamilton Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in memorandum of transfer No. S. 148761, Auckland Land Registry, and together with the drainage easement over part Lots 8, 9, and 16, D.P. S. 3541, created by the said memorandum of transfer No. S. 148761, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of September 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block I, Hamilton Survey District, being Lot 12, D.P. S. 3541, being part Allotment 13, Parish of Te Rapa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1455, folio 32, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of September 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of September 1959.

ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 acre and 30·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Ngaruawahia, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 13, D.P. S. 5340, being part Allotment 108, Suburbs of Newcastle South. Part certificate of title, Volume 54, folio 3, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in S. 100347, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of September 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre, situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 1, Deeds Plan 167, part Heretaunga Block. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 87, folio 139 (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of September 1959.
