A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of September 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Egmont as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of September 1959.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 38 perches, situated in Block XIV, Cape Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 18; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159948 (S.O. 8945) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
