PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land de-

water easement, for the purpose of installing a pumping
station and other works in connection with water supply.

hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.

ALL that portion of road in the Southland Land District,
Wallace County, adjoining Sections 3, 10, 11, 13, 15, and
Lot 3, D.P. 1107, being part Section 16, Block III, Centre
Hill Survey District, commencing at the junction of Chewings
Road with the Wreys Bush - Mossburn Main Highway and
proceeding north-westerly generally for a distance of approxi-
mately 2 miles; as the same is more particularly delineated

mencing at its junction with Rhodes Road, in Block VI,
Halswell Survey District, and proceeding thence easterly,
southerly, and westerly, adjoining Rural Sections 38521,
38525, 38522 (Rhodes Farm Settlement), Lot 1, D.P. 19621,
and Rural Sections 38523, 38526, 38527, 38528, and 38531
(Rhodes Farm Settlement), to its abutment with Burke Road
together with an appendage between Lot 1, D.P. 19621, and
Rural Section 34526 aforementioned, and being a total dis-
