Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 23rd day of July 1959.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 15th day of June 1959 and published in Gazette, 18 June 1959, No. 35, page 804, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 504081, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 31st day of August 1959.
