Cancellation of the Vesting in the Pahiatua County Council and Change of Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Pahiatua and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a roadman's reserve to a reserve for a resting place for travelling stock.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Tarata Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for police station pur-poses to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the pro-visions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Tarata Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Tauranga County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as a site for a community centre, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga, in trust, for that purpose.
