Additional Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a
Technical School in the Borough of Kaikohe

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical
school, and that an easement is hereby taken over the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her
Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and
authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way,
with the right for Her Majesty's invitees, servants, agents,
workmen, and licensees from time to time and at all times
hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or
other animals or vehicles, over the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep
open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access
to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such right
of way to be appurtenant to the land described in the said
First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4 acres and 31 perches,
situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Borough of
Kaikohe, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 39750,
being part Kohewhata 29A Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159783 (S.O. 41501)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 8.8 perches, situated in
Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Borough of Kaikohe,
Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 39750, being
part Kohewhata 29A Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159783 (S.O. 41501)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of August 1959.

Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public
School in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken
for the purposes of a public school over the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen
the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in
perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse,
repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes, under, along, and
across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the
conveyance of water, such easement to be held appurtenant
to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 31st day of August 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 9.3 perches, situated in
Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Section 29s, Pakaraka Settlement; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
159818 (S.O. 41405) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods, situated in
Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being Section 24s, Pakaraka Settlement.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of August 1959.

R.D., and being part Allotment 58, Koheroa Parish; as the

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
