A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule herefo is hereby taken for a secondary school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 31st day of August 1959.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 35 acres 3 roods 36·7 perches,
situated in Blocks III and IV, Drury Survey District,
Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment E 11, Parish of
Opaheke; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 159781 (S.O. 41427) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of August 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 31st day of August 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28·69 perches, situated in
the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 21,
Block IV, D.P. 1950, being part Section 7, Evans Bay Dis-
trict. Balance certificate of title, Volume 262, folio 261,
Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the deposit and disposal
of refuse and rubbish and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the City of Napier as from the date herein-
after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1959.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 28·9 perches,
situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being
part Lot 23, Deeds Plan 133, being part Block 47, Puketapu
Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159812 (S.O. 3135)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.

river control purposes and shall vest in the Manawatu
Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 31st day of August 1959.
