Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Birkenhead Borough Council on the 11th day of March 1959:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Birkenhead Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."
