Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Pahiatua County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for gravel purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Pahiatua, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Taihape Borough Council of a Reserve

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Taumarunui County Council

Change of the Name of the Mount Bryon Domain

Licensing Starch Products Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land Below Low-water Mark, Heathcote Estuary, as a Site for a Pipeline

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Starch Products Ltd. (hereinafter called the company, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in the Heathcote estuary, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10635 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a pipeline as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The premium payable by the company shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).

3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1959.
