to be members of the Coalgate Domain Board, Canterbury Land District, in place of Terrance John Aitchison, Leonard Maurice Kellaway, and Rance Stuart, resigned, and Alfred James Harris, the elder, deceased.

Declaration that Reserves be the Bell Block Beach Domain, and Appointment of Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserves for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Bell Block Beach Domain, and further, appoints the Taranaki County Council to be the Bell Block Beach Domain Board to have control of the said domain.
