A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the restriction as
to the building line imposed by notice No. S. 11884 and to
the covenant as to fencing contained in transfer No. S. 25662,
Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 17th day of August 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block
III, Puniu Survey District, being Lot 10, D.P. S. 822, being
part of Allotments 125 and 370, Parish of Puniu. All certificate
