A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land below mean high-
water mark described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1959.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land below mean high-water mark con-
taining 3.2 perches, situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey
District, Auckland R.D., and being part land below mean
high-water mark, Kaipoa Stream; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157706 (S.O.
40957) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.
