A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 0·3 Part Allotment 182, Tatarariki Parish, situated in Block XIV, Tokatoka Survey District.
2 1 4 Part Allotment 182, Tatarariki Parish, situated in Block XIV, Tokatoka Survey District.
7 2 30·7 Part Allotment 182, Tatarariki Parish, situated in Block I, Te Kuri Survey District, and Block XIV, Tokatoka Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159567 (S.O. 41411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed

ALL those pieces of road described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
2 1 0 Allotment 182, Tatarariki Parish, situated in Block XIV, Tokatoka Survey District.
6 0 0 Allotment 182, Tatarariki Parish, situated in Block I, Te Kuri Survey District, and Block XIV, Tokatoka Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159567 (S.O. 41411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of August 1959.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of August 1959

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 3 roods 1·5 perches, situated in Block VII, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Te Konoti B 1SE B 1 and B 1SE A 1 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149263 (S.O. 38787) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Road in Blocks I and II, Kaingaroa Survey District, Rotorua County, to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of August 1959

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road situated in Blocks I and II, Kaingaroa Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 22 of the aforesaid Block I and proceeding thence in a northerly, easterly, and southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 231 chains, and terminating at the south-eastern corner of Section 34 of the aforesaid Block I.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159601 (S.O. 39076) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Matamata County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 33·1 perches, situated in Block VIII, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through land on D.P. 11136, being part Okauia 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159589 (S.O. 38204) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
