A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 36·3 perches, situated in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part O.L.C. 54; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143503 (S.O. 38467) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
