Land Taken for an Access Way in Block I, Moutere Survey District, Manawatu County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1959.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4·9 perches, situated in Block I, Moutere Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 55, D.P. 14610, being part Manawatu Allocation Block No. 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159566 (S.O. 24209) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of August 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Douglas Ian Charles Bleasel, of Taumarunui, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 135, folio 103, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1959.

under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 157, folio 25, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1959.
