A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 26th day of May 1959, published in Gazette, 4 June 1959, page 715, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Nelson as No. 69421, setting apart land held for State housing purposes for police purposes (residences) in the City of Nelson and the Borough of Motueka, in so far as it affects the land thirdly described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation; and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1959.
