Declaring Lands in North Auckland and Marlborough Land Districts Vested in the Auckland and Wellington Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Section 3A, Block VII, Whangape Survey District: Area, 3 roods 5Β·8 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/855B deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 36993.)

Setting Apart Tidal Land for Disposal Under Section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Harbour Leasing Regulations 1930, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for disposal under section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 33 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 5, Block VI, Rangaunu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.D. 10623 deposited in the Head Office, Marine Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of July 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to the agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 589278, Auckland Land Registry, and to the water drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 603954, Auckland Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1959.
