A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of August 1959.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 23 perches, situated in Block II, Motatau Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 7581, being part Motatau No. 2, Section 6 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159568 (S.O. 41467) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
