PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken together with right of way and drainage rights granted by memorandum of transfer No. 190367, Otago Land Registry; and subject to drainage and sewage rights over part appurtenant to Lot 2, D.P. 6429, created by memorandum of transfer No. 211030, Otago Land Registry, and subject also to a fencing covenant created by memorandum of transfer No. 190367, Otago Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.
