Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the Borough of Petone

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres, situated in the Borough of Petone, Wellington R.D., being Section 19, Block XIX, Wilford Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 147, folio 106, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 8·39 perches, situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 19420, being part Hokowhitu No. 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159514 (S.O. 24375) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Michael George Eedy, of Napier, carpenter, under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 10239, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Harry Hartland Dodds, of Napier, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 10240, are hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.
