Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in Block XI, Okarito Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 28·4 perches, situated in Block XI, Okarito Survey District, Westland R.D., being Sections 70 and 227, Town of Okarito.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (radio terminal site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 2 roods 31·4 perches, situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Moturoa 1B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159533 (S.O. 8948) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1959.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in the City of Wellington and in Block XII, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easement to be appurtenant to the said land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 19·56 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, and in Block XII, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 14, Harbour District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159531 (S.O. 24411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Wellington Registration District, described as follows:

Situated in the City of Wellington and in Block XII, Belmont Survey District:

0 0 20·21 Part Section 14, Harbour District; coloured orange on plan.

Situated in the City of Wellington:

A. R. P.
0 0 22·55 Part Lot 14, D.P. 2205, being part Section 13, Harbour District; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159531 (S.O. 24411) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 18·8 perches, situated in Block VIII, Pomahaka Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Lot 19, D.P. 1133, and being part Section 62; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125644 (S.O. 2402) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
