A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Wanganui Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Lot 2, D.P. 10681, being part Section 9, Block I, Maungakaretu Survey District: Area, 2 acres and 35 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 454, folio 201.

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Tauranga Foreshore Vesting and Endowment Act 1915, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that, as from the 3rd day of August 1959, I hereby resume the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the public purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, within the meaning of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALLOTMENTS 670 and 672, Te Papa Parish, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 4·8 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 39886.) A site for a municipal depot.
Allotments 667, 669, 673, and 675, Te Papa Parish, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District: Area, 1 rood 0·5 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 39886.) Esplanade purposes.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of August 1959.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 6·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Oamaru, Otago R.D., being formerly railway land, and being Section 1, Block XXV, Town of Oamaru.
