Otanewainuku Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 27th day of July 1959.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
40 1 12 Part Waoku No. 1A Block; coloured sepia on
plan. (Situated in Blocks XI and XII, Otane-
wainuku Survey District.)
705 2 0 Part Oropi No. 1 Block; coloured blue on plan.
(Situated in Blocks XI, XV, and XVI, Otane-
wainuku Survey District.)
1,547 2 0 Part Waoku No. 1B Block, part Waoku No. 1
Block, part Waoku No. 2 Block, and part
Oropi No. 1 Block; coloured yellow on plan.
(Situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI,
Otanewainuku Survey District.)

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 159499 (S.O. 39726) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of July 1959.

in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Fire
Services Act 1949 and shall vest in the Auckland Metropolitan
Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 27th day of July 1959.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 15·1 perches, situated in
Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland,
Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 64 of Section 29, City
of Auckland. Part certificate of title, Volume 1391, folio 96,
Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto and the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto, held by Violet Nadine Signal, of Bulls,
widow, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence,
Volume 386, folio 178, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby
taken for defence purposes.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19·7 perches, situated in
Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington R.D., being
part Lot 12, Deeds Plan 463, being part Block II, Rangitikei
District; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 1·86 perches,
situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being part Section 10, Taumaihi Settlement; coloured
blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 159486 (S.O. 24407) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

after the 27th day of July 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 29·6 perches, situated in
Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auck-
land R.D., and being Lot 555, D.P. 294. All certificate of title,
Volume 45, folio 246, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
