PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
1 0 14 Part Lot 1, D.P. 46016, being part Allotment 19, Waiwera Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 7·2 Part Lot 6, D.P. 42779, being part Allotment 19, Waiwera Parish; coloured blue on plan.
0 2 24·9 Part Lot 1, D.P. 46016, being part Allotment 19, Waiwera Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159470 (S.O. 40971) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CANTERBURY CONSERVANCY
ALL those areas in the Ashley and Kowai Counties, containing 14 acres 1 rood 27 perches, more or less, situated in Block II, Rangiora Survey District, and Blocks XIV and XV, Grey Survey District, being all the road closed by Proclamation in Gazette No. 22, of 16 April 1959, page 480, as shown on S.O. Plan No. 9387.
Also all those areas in the Kowai County, containing 122 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks IX, X, XIII, and XIV, Grey Survey District, being all the road closed by Proclamation in Gazette, No. 22, of 16 April 1959, page 480, as shown on S.O. Plan No. 9076L.
