Land Taken for a Public School in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in special order No. 435352, Wellington Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1959.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Microwave Radio Repeater Station in Block X, Puniu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a microwave radio repeater station, and that an easement of right of way is hereby taken over the land described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, firstly, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way and, secondly, the full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in common with other person or persons entitled thereto in perpetuity to use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of and incidental to the provision of main sewerage works for the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District and shall vest in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1959.
