PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to notice of condition as to line of buildings or hoardings K.39113, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1959.
