cation) in Block IV, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set
apart for a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower
Hutt Valley duplication); and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July
1959.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey
District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
4 1 20 Part Section 82, Hutt District; coloured sepia on
plan.
2 2 5 Part Section 82, Hutt District; coloured orange,
edged orange, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 158801 (S.O. 24172) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of July 1959.

Borough of Northcote

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing pur-
poses; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 27th day of July 1959.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XII, Waite-
mata Survey District, Borough of Northcote, Auckland R.D.,
described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
3 3 38·2 Lots 227 to 232, 309 to 317, and 353 to 357 (all
inclusive), D.P. 45111. Formerly part certificate
of title, Volume 1110, folio 59, Auckland Land
Registry.
1 1 27·5 Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 80, and 81, D.P. 45328. Formerly
part certificate of title, Volume 1110, folio 59,
Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 27th day of July 1959.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land together containing 2 roods 22·3
perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere North Survey Dis-
trict, being Lots 17, 30, and 34, D.P. S.5674, being part
Tokoroa No. 1 Block, and part Section 45, Block VIII, Pate-
tere North Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume
1466, folio 8, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of July 1959.
