His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 4th day of July 1951 and published in the Gazette on the 5th day of the same month at page 943, authorising Dallis Hein Giles, of Clarence Bridge, Marlborough, farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

Declaring Road in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, to be Government Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 15th day of July 1959
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council become Government road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 12·9 perches, situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Proclamation No. 16304, Auckland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156009 (S.O. 40629) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Authorising the Laying Off of an Extension of Commerce Street in the Borough of Cambridge

At the Government House at Wellington this 15th day of July 1959

Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Cambridge Borough Council to lay off the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed street in the Borough of Cambridge, being an extension of Commerce Street, containing, firstly, 20 perches, being part Allotment 587, Town of Cambridge East, being all certificate of title, Volume 13, folio 293, Auckland Land Registry, and, secondly, 6·8 perches, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 5252, being part Allotment 587, Town of Cambridge East; being part certificate of title, Volume 620, folio 79, Auckland Land Registry. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158726 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Altering the Boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay and Manawatu Catchment Districts

At the Government House at Wellington this 15th day of July 1959
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby alters the boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay and Manawatu Catchment Districts by excluding from the Hawke’s Bay Catchment District and including in the Manawatu Catchment District the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the County of Dannevirke, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Rakautatahi 4B, situated in Block I, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Rakautatahi 1k 1, being also a point on the southern boundary of Rakautatahi 1J 2; thence westerly along the last-mentioned boundary to and across the Norsewood-Makaretu road; thence northerly along the western side of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of the said Rakautatahi 1J 2; thence easterly to and along that boundary to the south-eastern corner of Rakautatahi 2B 1B; thence south-easterly along a right line to the point of commencement.
