PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Fisheries Amendment Act 1945—Appointment of Deputy Sea Fisheries Licensing Appeal Authority
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 15 (1) of the Fisheries Amendment Act 1945, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby appoints Douglas James Dalglish, Esquire, a Judge of the Compensation Court, to be Deputy Sea Fisheries Licensing Appeal Authority for a term of six months, commencing on the date of these presents.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 9th day of July 1959.
