Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Cambridge

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 39·9 perches, situated in the Borough of Cambridge, being Lot 23, D.P. S. 5470, being part Allotment 478, Town of Cambridge West. Part certificate of title, Volume 510, folio 182, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 1·4 perches situated in the Borough of Taupo, being Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 35628, being part Section 26, Block II, Tauhara Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 1248, folio 88, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 30 perches, situated in the Borough of Te Aroha, being Section 108, Town of Te Aroha.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 37·7 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 12 and 13, D.P. 289, being part Allotment 72, Parish of Titirangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159257 (S.O. 41409) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
