Land and Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in the City of Lower Hutt

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Arthur Leopold Blackwall, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 204, folio 139, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication).

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 25·47 Part Lot 1, D.P. 10898, being part Section 107, Epuni Hamlet; coloured sepia on plan.
0 1 3·82 Part Lot 2, D.P. 10898, being part Section 107, Epuni Hamlet; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 1 29·32 Part Section 109, Epuni Hamlet; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159255 (S.O. 21966) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 3·21 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Section 104, Epuni Hamlet; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159256 (S.O. 21944) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of June 1959.

Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Dunedin, Together With Drainage Rights and Subject to Rights of Batter

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes together with drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 210853, Otago Land Registry, and subject to rights of batter created by memorandum of transfer No. 192921, Otago Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1959.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 22·5 perches, situated in Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City of Dunedin, and being Lots 1 to 8, 10 and 11 (all inclusive), D.P. 9387. Parts certificates of title, Volume 378, folios 146 and 147, Otago Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
