Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 6th day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for beach conveniences and
dressing sheds and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1959.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the proper development
or use of the said land for commercial purposes, in
accordance with the New Lynn Borough Council's operative
District Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act
1953, for providing access from the Great North Road to the
Community Centre Block contemplated by the said Council,
and for the provision and preservation of amenities contem-
plated by the creation of the Community Centre Block in the
Borough of New Lynn and shall vest in the Mayor, Council-
lors, and Citizens of the Borough of New Lynn as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of
July 1959.
