Crown Land Set Apart for a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3·21 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, being part Section 104, Epuni Hamlet; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159256 (S.O. 21944) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of June 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1959.
