A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 6th day of November 1958, to be road.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Maruanui Survey District, and Blocks V and IX, Runanga Survey District, Taupo County, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 12th day of September 1941 and the 4th day of September 1950, the 12th day of September 1941, and the 6th day of March 1940 respectively, to be road.
