A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road in Block IV, Waiau Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
2 3 19 Part Section 3.
0 0 30·56 Part Section 2.
0 3 24 Part Section 3.
0 3 11 Part Waikaretaheke River Bed.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158950 (S.O. 4112) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land acquired for the development of water power (Lower Waikaremoana Development Scheme) described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres 2 roods 26·13 perches, situated in Block IV, Waiau Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Section 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158950 (S.O. 4112) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Waiau Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
2 1 39·6 } Parts Section 2, and being all the land secondly
0 2 20 | described in Proclamation No. 910, Gisborne
7 3 4·34{ Land Registry, and in Gazette, 19 June 1941,
