Condition

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes,
subject to notice of condition as to line of buildings and
hoardings imposed by K. 39112, Wellington Land Registry;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of June 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 16 perches, situated
in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D.,
being Lots 24, 46, and 47, D.P. 20429, being part Section 2,
Lowry Bay District. Part certificate of title, Volume 799, folio
68, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

subject as to Lot 30 described in the said Schedule to a
drainage easement created by transfer No. S. 155913, Auckland
Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 15th day of June 1959.
