A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of June 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158890 (S.O. 24195) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for health purposes (district nurse's residence), is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block I, Awakino Survey District, being Section 9, Block III, Village of Mokau, being all the land in Proclamation No. S. 101295, Auckland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149242 (S.O. 4233) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
