Land Taken for a Fire Brigade Station in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fire brigade station and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County Council, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38·6 perches, situated in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 94, Deeds Plan 34, being part Suburban Section 9, Meeanee; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158850 (S.O. 3059) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for abattoir purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

ALL that piece of land containing 18 acres 3 roods 12·1 perches, situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being Lots 9 and 11, and part Lot 12, Deeds Plan 463, being part Block II of the Rangitikei District. All certificate of title, Volume 524, folio 204, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
