A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 6·8 perches, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, being Lot 39, D.P. S. 2838, being part Allotment 455, Parish of Te Papa. All certificate of title, Volume 1220, folio 58, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the residence site licence in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Mina Violet O'Brien, is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Hutt Valley Electric Power and Gas Board under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 762, folio 16, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Bruce Leonard Newell, of Hurleyville, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 163, folio 77, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (microwave radio repeater station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.
