A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and
river control purposes and shall vest in the Manawatu
Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 8th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 50 acres 2 roods, situated in
Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D.,
