Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Hamilton

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., containing 25·4 perches, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 460, being part Allotment 367, Parish of Te Rapa. All certificate of title, Volume 1001, folio 232, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1959.
