A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, situated in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 20322, being part Ohuanga North 5B 1E 9. Part certificate of title, Volume 517, folio 212, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 25450. All certificate of title, Volume 659, folio 173, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel pit and access thereto, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wallace as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Southland Land District, situated in Jacobs River Hundred, Southland R.D., described as follows:

5 0 30 Part Section 31, Block IX; coloured sepia on plan.
1 0 0 Part Section 47, Block VII; coloured blue on plan.
