Portion of a Public Reserve Set Apart for a Public School in Block XV, Tangihua Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of a public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of a public reserve in the North Auckland Land District containing 4 acres and 24·7 perches, situated in Block XV, Tangihua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment M 49, Waikiekie Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157954 (S.O. 40807) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1959.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart, subject to the stormwater drainage rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 222535, Auckland Land Registry, for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 32 perches, situated in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 215, D.P. 31409. All certificate of title, Volume 932, folio 280, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for Police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 30·8 perches, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 194, D.P. 39427. Part certificate of title, Volume 1110, folio 262, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 39 perches, situated in the Borough of Taupo, being Lot 96, D.P. 23470, being part Section 14, Block II, Tauhara Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 711, folio 212, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 20 perches, situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District, Borough of Pukekohe, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 46077. Part certificate of title, Volume 505, folio 291, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
