Land Taken for Road in Blocks VI and VII, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Taranaki Land District, situated in the Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 12·3 Part Lot 2, D.P. 7550, being part Section 8, Tarurutangi District, Block VI; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 32 Part Section 11B, Tarurutangi District, Block VI; coloured orange on plan.
0 1 9·2 Part Section 11, Tarurutangi District, Block VII; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1·9 Part Lot 1, D.P. 3282, being part Section 13, Tarurutangi District, Block VII; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 4·7 Part Lot 1, D.P. 3282, being part Section 13, Tarurutangi District, Block VII; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157855 (S.O. 8876) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 24·5 perches, situated in the City of Invercargill, being part Section 44, Block XIX, Invercargill Hundred. All certificate of title, Volume 117, folio 64, Southland Land Registry.
