Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block X, Tauranga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 32·6 Lot 68, D.P. S. 2752, being part Allotment 454, Parish of Te Papa. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1243, folio 54, Auckland Land Registry.
0 1 6·6 Lot 81, D.P. S. 2838, being part Allotment 455, Parish of Te Papa. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1243, folio 55, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 1 rood 0·7 perches, situated in Block XIV, Hawera Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being formerly part railway reserve, Town of Mokoa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157901 (L.O. 15488) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods 3·3 perches, situated in Block I, Manapouri Survey District, Southland R.D., being Section 426 (formerly part of Lots 10 and 3, Block III, D.P. 280, being part of Run 301B); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157918 (S.O. 6428) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1959.
