A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 25th day of May 1959.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 23·02 perches, situated in
the City of Dunedin, being Lot 12, Block V, D.P. 7073,
Wakari Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 357,
folio 221, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for police purposes, is hereby
set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of
May 1959.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 21 perches, situated
in Block VII, Tengawai Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
being part Lot 16, D.P. 325, being part Rural Section 22444;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 158809 (S.O. 9473) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
25th day of May 1959.

and Previous Proclamation Revoked
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day of
December 1958 and published in Gazette, 18 December 1958,
No. 77, at page 1842, taking land for housing purposes in the
City of Lower Hutt, and hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
housing purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Procla-
mation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May
1959.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 25 acres 3 roods 33·39
perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D.,
being part Section 69, Hutt District. All certificate of title,
Volume 479, folio 121, Wellington Land Registry, excepting
thereout the land contained in D.P. 19593, Wellington Land
Registry.

situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough
of Mount Albert, Auckland R.D., and being part land on
D.P. 1866. Balance certificate of title, Volume 964, folio 118,
Auckland Land Registry, after excepting thereout an area of
3 roods 9·8 perches, being Lots 68, 72, 108, 114, D.P. 3513,
and Lot 2, D.P. 1927.
