Land Taken for a Public School in Block I, Waihou Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a
public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1959.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4 acres 1 rood 23·4 perches,
situated in Block I, Waihou Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
being part Section 25; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158706 (S.O. 39688)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land containing together 2 roods 16·3
perches, situated in Block I, Waihou Survey District, being
Lots 20, 21, and 22, D.P. S. 1739, being part Section 25.
Part certificate of title, Volume 1068, folio 131, Auckland
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 25th day of May 1959.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey
District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D.,
described as follows:
A. R. F. Being
0 0 20·1 Part Lot 1, D.P. 19356, being part Allotment 52,
Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured
yellow on plan.
0 0 2·9 Part Lot 14, D.P. 15897, being part Allotment 52,
Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured blue
on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 158835 (S.O. 40893) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 25th day of May 1959.

All that piece of land containing 30·67 perches, situated in
the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., being part Section 180, City
of Nelson. All certificate of title, Volume 13, folio 190,

exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 25th day of May 1959.

MARBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 11 perches, situated in
Block XI, Puhi Puhi Survey District, Marlborough R.D., and
being part Lot 3, D.P. 2228, being part Section 11; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 158781 (S.O. 4412) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

All that piece of land containing 27·4 perches, situated in
the Borough of Bluff, Southland R.D., being part Section
3, Block XII, Town of Campbelltown; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158808
(S.O. 6542) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
